External means external

Most problems start when care crosses a boundary it was never meant to cross.

“External” is not a vibe. It’s a rule. Products built for skin are built for skin. When care crosses the boundary into places it wasn’t designed for, irritation and imbalance follow.

If something burns, tingles, dries, or makes you feel worse, it isn’t “working.” It’s interfering. Comfort is the baseline signal.

The boring routine is usually the winning routine: gentle wash where appropriate, rinse well, dry softly, and don’t chase scent or sterility.

Rule: If it hurts, burns, or escalates — stop. External means external.
