Clean Isn’t Sterile
A body isn’t a lab bench. Sterile is not the goal. Comfort is.
“Sterile” is an anxiety fantasy. It’s what happens when marketing meets shame.
You can’t scrub a living system into trust. You can only disrupt it until it complains.
FINDING 01 — Comfort is the honest metric.
Comfort is how the body votes on your routine.
If your products burn, tighten, tingle, or perfume the truth away, you’re not caring—you’re managing fear.
FIELD PRINCIPLE: The body doesn’t need punishment to be worthy of closeness.
FINDING 02 — What “clean” actually looks like.
- External-only washing where appropriate
- Gentle products
- Less unnecessary friction
- Time and rest
FINDING 03 — What “sterile” tries to sell you.
- Over-washing
- Unnecessary internal cleaning
- Strong fragrance
- Deodorizing claims
THE MEISTER’S VERDICT
Clean is useful.
Sterile is a different standard entirely, and most of the human body was never designed to meet it.
Wash what needs washing. Be gentle with living tissue. Reduce unnecessary variables. And stop treating normal human biology like evidence of failure.
Comfort is information. Your body is a system, not a crime scene.
